The foundation of this project is a 1960’s structure requiring an update on interior fittings and finishes.
Grupo Santamaria sought to keep the distinctive original features of this mid-century home (jalousies, low ceiling, wood paneled-walls) while applying lighting, color, finishes, and pieces from renowned local furniture designers that made the overall design current and appropriate to the needs of a growing family of five.
