At the centre of the city lies this sleek, 2-bedroom condo designed to welcome the owner after long hours on the road shuttling between Manila and Bulacan where his work is based. A young, modern, and confident vibe runs through the house by means of industrial finishes dominated by a charcoal and black palette, punctuated by warm wood tones. Addressing the needs of the times, we have created an entrance foyer and “mud room” which serves as a disinfection area for all who enter, and squeezed in a mini-bar behind an existing column. Automated, smart lighting enhance the areas while artworks by Michael Cacnio, Allain Hablo and Rax Bautista lend soul to the space.
