La Union Hilltop Haven

An unforgettably special project that had us going up and down the hills of Bauang through several months of designing, planning and purchasing for this magnificently located home.  It was our joy and pleasure to design for a family that loves the ocean, health and fitness, and good old quality time with family and friends.  We would like to thank My Home Magazine for this feature.  As a special bonus to this post, we are sharing some of our concept boards and perspective studies done for the project, side by side with the pages from the article.

It was a memorable set-up since our interns for that summer helped us out so diligently and passionately for several days.  As a bonus, of course, we gave them a free day (or was it just a few hours?) on the shores of San Juan to enjoy the beach even for a bit, and to relax after several days of packing and unloading, labeling, fixing, and just learning the ID ropes.
