A typical townhouse from the 1990’s has undergone an invigorating renovation.
We kept the best parts of the structure intact such as the marble and wood floors, as well as Deco-patterned doors and window grills, while the addition of modern furnishings and bold material choices top off a modern tropical look. The kitchen gets a new life with bright white paint and cabinets that double the storage size. Hints of minimalism as a way of life steered the design direction of this home. The master bedroom was designed to maximize all natural daylight and space as much as possible. The second bedroom is sparsely furnished and is often used as a meditation and yoga room. Decoration is really about creating a quality of life, and a beauty in that life that nourishes the soul, that makes life beautiful. That’s what all this is about, not just what’s in and what’s out. – Albert Hadley
